    Is it all right to make customer's own brand name?

    Yes, we offer the option for customers to create private label or white-label products, where the customer can brand the product with their own name, logo, and packaging.

    Are you a manufactuer or trading company?

    Hongyue Furniture is a full-service, custom furniture manufacturer that creates and builds premium custom pieces for interior designers, and commercial properties.

    Can you do the design for us?

    Yes, Hongyue is more than just a furniture producer. We serve as a workshop for your creative ideas and realize your design aspirations.

    Is the sample free，and How long can I expect to get the sample?   

    The sample charge a fee(the order quantity order return), sampling time about 7-10 days.

    Packaging & Shipping: 

    Our experienced packing team only pack the furniture after series of checking procedures to ensure the good functioning of the furniture. All the furniture will be stored in the wood case in case of broken from shipping.

    What about the lead time for mass production?

    The lead time for mass production depends on the size and complexity of the product. Please let us know the quantity and codes of the items so that we can advice a production schedule for you.

    What trade term can you accept?

    Generally we accept FOB and CIF.

    What's your payment term?

    We accept 30 percent deposit before production and 70 percent before delivery.
